One of God's many blessings is great friends. My very special friend Denise is having a birthday today. Denise you were placed in my life many years to late so we have a lot of making up to do. I miss having you around each day. Monterey is not the same without you. I stole this pic from one of your friend's blog. I think this is so cute. This pic represents the real Denise, fun loving and cheerful. You are a joy to be around. God has blessed each person that you come in contact with. I hope you have a great day. Love ya!

Time with my boys
I got to spend some time with my boys this weekend. Reece and Ryan are both playing little dribblers for the first time. The games are alot of fun to watch. Ryan's team is doing better than Reece's but Reece's team is getting better each game. They are having fun and that is all that matters. After the game Reece and I went to the mall and then went back to my house. At the mall we had to make a stop at Game Stop. Tia was nice and bought him a USED game for his N-DS. He was happy with that. Once we got home it was all fun and games. Over the years for birthdays and Christmas I have bought each of them board games or something like that. My sister is nice enough to let me keep the games at my house so they will have something to play with when they come over. Saturday Reece and I played many games of Chutes and Ladders and Connect 4. I think after is was all said and done we were about even on wins and losses. Reece always likes to play one more if he is loosing. I had the most fun with the K'nex. We made all kinds of animals(pics above). My next purchase will be more K'nex. I hope to enjoy more time with the boys because they grow up so fast.

Living on the Edge! Yeah Right
Well I was getting pretty disappointed that my husband wouldn't let me get a new car and he up and surprised me with this. I have been waiting and waiting for a new car. I did a lot of research and decided that I wanted an Edge. So then all I had to do was convince Nathan that I deserved a new car. The 4-Runner was still running good but it has gotten some age on it. Nathan doesn't like to spend money so it was going to be pretty hard to change his mind. I guess he got tired of hearing me complain so he shut me up. It didn't quite get to be a surprise. He wanted to have it delivered on our Aniversary but things didn't work out. It was about a week late but well worth it. I really do love it. Now I just have to clean up my 4-runner and find it a new home.
